It is not often that I take the time to write to a vendor. But the service I have been receiving from Catherine Fautley deserves recognition. Sonoma was the 3rd vendor I contacted about a lapel pin order for a client who was very specific in their needs. Not having done lapel pins before Ms. Fautley walked me through the many different processes, plating solutions, etc., and provided me with enough information so that I would appear as an expert to my client. The other vendors answered my questions but did not offer solutions. Ms Fautley did I am grateful for your knowledge.
Small distributors, like me, are always struggling with suppliers to be treated as fairly as the larger distributors. Catherine handled my situation with calm, understanding and a lot of patience.
